The Office of Study Abroad in collaboration with Harvard University’s Center for Hellenic Studies (CHS) in Greece is now accepting applications for the 2014 Internship Program (May 25 – June 28).
This internship is open to all School of Fine & Performing Arts and School of Liberal Arts majors.
The selected intern will work in the National Gallery (Nafplio Anex), mainly morning hours, attend seminars in American history and literature, and participate in excursions and educational-cultural activities including community service alongside Harvard University students. Upon successful completion of the program, he/she will travel to the United States along with the other Greek interns in an educational trip to Washington DC and Boston, MA in fall 2014. In these two cities, the intern will have the chance to participate in educational and other activities at the Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies in Washington DC and at Harvard University, where he/she will also present the outcome of the internship to all professors associated with the program.
The CHS will cover all participation expenses (including accommodation costs, the educational trip to the US and a portion of the intern’s daily expenses).
To take advantage of this incredible opportunity to intern and learn alongside Harvard University students, and then visit Harvard University in the US, we invite you to come by and talk with us in the Office of Study Abroad or e-mail us at [email protected].
