Our scholarship program is designed to alleviate the financial burdens that might hinder talented individuals from pursuing their academic and professional goals. By providing these opportunities, we aim to cultivate a diverse student body equipped to contribute meaningfully to society.
Undergraduate Scholarships
We are proud to collaborate with leading companies and organizations such as Viva.com, which offers scholarships for aspiring entrepreneurs and future tech leaders pursuing degrees in Entrepreneurship Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity and Networks. Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. and United Maritime Corporation provide scholarships specifically for students in Shipping Management, supporting the next generation of maritime professionals and ensuring the industry’s continued growth and sustainability. Eurobank stands out by enabling students to specialize in Financial Markets Trading through a dedicated minor to entering Deree students. Furthermore, the A.C. Laskaridis Foundation demonstrates its dedication to our undergraduate students pursuing a major in Entrepreneurship Management by annually awarding up to 6 scholarships, aimed at fostering academic excellence and professional growth.
Regional Scholarships
Deree’s collaboration with the T.K. Zampetis Family Foundation exemplifies a commitment to education by providing comprehensive scholarships to promising students from Samos. These scholarships cover 100% of tuition fees and accommodation in the college’s student housing facilities, including meal plans throughout the entire duration of their studies. Extending their support to students from Kynouria and the broader Arcadia region is the Joy Korologos Memorial Scholarship, offering two high school graduates full tuition waivers for a four-year period at Deree, enabling them to pursue their academic aspirations across a diverse array of majors.
Scholarships for Flood-Affected Students
This year marks a milestone for Deree as we introduce a pioneering initiative: two 50% scholarships dedicated to students impacted by the recent floods in Thessaly. This commitment not only aims to support those affected but also underscores our dedication to providing equitable access to education.
Postgraduate Scholarships
The OTE Group has established a specialized scholarship for students embarking on an MSc in Data Science aiming to cultivate a new generation of data scientists equipped with the analytical and technical skills necessary to lead advancements in big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning across various industries. The Libra Group, through its Libra Philanthropies Leadership Scholarship, offers full or partial scholarships for a diverse array of postgraduate programs, equipping recipients not only with advanced academic knowledge but also with the skills necessary for assuming global leadership and social responsibility roles in their future careers. Furthermore, the digital marketing platform eLearning Industry is contributing to the advancement of education through its scholarships for the newly established postgraduate program in Learning Design and Technology at Deree, preparing students to become leaders in the evolving field of digital education.
