Certificate of Participation
In order to be awarded the Certificate of Participation from the Deree – School of Graduate and Professional Education, participants will need to fulfill the below criteria:
- Attend 7 out of 10 sessions
- Pass the final assessment

Iris Baloglou
Iris Baloglou is an experienced, accredited coach (PCC), certified mentor coach (CMC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), supervisor (EIA), and Senior Practitioner by the EMCC, as well as a Marketing Consultant.
- Graduate of Deree College with a BA in Business Administration (Major in Marketing).
- President of the ICF Greece Charter Chapter (2022).
- 36 years of professional experience in multinational companies and the Piraeus Bank Group in marketing and communications roles.
- Founder of IRIS-SCOPE Company
She supports executives and organizations through executive coaching, mentoring, and supervision to develop their leadership skills and achieve growth.
