Position: Associate Director of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad

The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join its team as the Associate Director of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad. This role plays a key part in advancing ACG’s internationalization efforts by recruiting high-caliber students (Degree and Study Abroad) from the North American market through the admissions process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high school students, advisors, alumni, and stakeholders in assigned regions to meet recruitment targets.
  • Plan and participate in targeted recruitment events for North American undergraduate enrollment.
  • Represent ACG at NACAC fairs, conferences, and high school events to increase visibility and remain updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Attend and support study abroad recruitment events as needed.
  • Provide guidance to prospective students, parents, and educators about studying at ACG.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with stakeholders following recruitment events.
  • Assist in the daily administration of enrollment by processing applications, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process for North American students
  • Develop and deliver pre-departure orientations, visa webinars, and other programming to enhance the study abroad experience.
  • Lead and manage at least one strategic project annually, such as social media campaigns or communication initiatives, to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Required Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with U.S.-style universities operating outside the United States.
  • Understanding of North American student needs and preferences.
  • Experience in strategic marketing, including market research and recruitment planning.
  • Expertise in developing student recruitment and communication strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in college recruitment, sales, or marketing (preferably within study abroad).
  • Experience in organizing or participating in study abroad programs.
  • Social media marketing experience will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent command of both written and spoken language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jenzabar preferred.

 Required Skills:

The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a qualified professional to join its team as the Assistant Director of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad. This role is essential to ACG’s efforts to grow its international presence by recruiting high-caliber study abroad and degree-seeking students from the North American market through the admissions process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with study abroad students, advisors, alumni, and stakeholders in assigned regions to achieve recruitment targets and build strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate in planning and organizing targeted recruitment events for North American undergraduate enrollment in alignment with ACG’s strategic goals.
  • Represent ACG at study abroad events, including fairs, conferences, and partner visits, to enhance institutional visibility and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, trends and best practices.
  • Attend degree-seeking recruitment events as needed.
  • Provide advising to students, parents, and educators on all aspects of studying abroad at ACG.
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on recruitment events
  • Manage daily enrollment administration for study abroad students, including processing applications and maintaining communication with ACG’s partner providers.
  • Assist in developing and delivering information sessions, pre-departure orientations, visa webinars, and related programming to ensure a successful student experience at ACG.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the study abroad market for U.S. students.
  • Understanding of American study abroad student needs.
  • Experience in strategic recruitment, including the use of market research and insights to inform recruitment plans.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing (preferably within study abroad).
  • Experience as a participant, organizer, or administrator in a study abroad program.
  • Experience with social media marketing is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent command of both written and spoken language.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Jenzabar is preferred.

Position: Manager of Online Programs Enrollment

The American College of Greece is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Enrollment team as the Manager of Online Programs Enrollment. This role involves recruiting and guiding prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process for ACG’s online programs. A key component of the position is traveling to represent ACG in both current and new markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement the online recruitment strategy as decided by Senior Leadership.
  • Plan and deliver enrollment activities and events, such as info sessions and participating in regional and international fairs and conferences.
  • Develop and assess tailored enrollment processes and tactics for online programs.
  • Collaborate with program directors to define target student profiles and execute recruitment activities.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to ensure effective lead generation and branded materials for events.
  • Oversee the leads database, ensuring effective nurturing and tracking till application.
  • Manage and nurture prospective student relationships from inquiry to enrollment using CRM systems.
  • Review application materials to ensure they meet admission criteria for online programs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student interactions and application status using CRM software.
  • Support invoicing procedures and coordinate with the Student Accounts team for custom payment plans.
  • Collaborate with the management team as appropriate and provide reports and insights.
  • Support other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with the online international education market.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Expertise in developing recruitment and communication strategies.
  • Social media marketing experience will be considered a plus.
