My speech is titled “ Characterizing the quality journey of TQM in relation to the financial performance of SMEs under crisis conditions. The case for Greece”
The speech will focus on the period of the Greek economic crisis (2008-2014) where more than 230,000 SMEs closed down. The investigation of the characteristics of the quality system implemented on those ISO certified SMEs and their ability to sustain their financial position and performance, in proportion to those characteristics will be presented.
