Position: Part-Time Instructor in Graphic Design, for the courses Digital Design I (L5) and Digital Design II (L6)

The Frances Rich School of Fine & Performing Arts seeks a part time instructor to teach undergraduate courses in the areas of Digital Design.

Required Qualifications:

  • MA in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent field with at least one degree from a US or UK institution.
  • PhD or MFA helpful.
  • Eligible for Ministry of Education Colleges faculty registration number.

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of the digital ecosystem, from a designer’s perspective.

Position: North American Enrollment and Study Abroad Engagement Specialist

The American College of Greece is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an Engagement Specialist for the Office of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for admissions services, serve as the main point of contact for admissions processes, and assist in strategic initiatives for study abroad and degree-seeking enrollment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining all social media accounts for the Office of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad.

The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a service-oriented, innovative, and highly motivated librarian to serve as Senior Coordinator, Access and Reference at John S. Bailey Library at Deree College. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to provide research assistance and instructional services to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides research support, reference, and access services including scheduled individual and group consultations, help desk duties, online chat support and email inquiries
  • Designs and delivers information literacy programs, workshops and activities in various settings and modes (individual classes, groups, face-to-face, virtual; synchronous or asynchronous) using active teaching techniques
  • Designs and updates learning objects such as multimedia tutorials, quizzes, specialized research guides, infographics, and handouts
  • Creates and updates web content relevant to information literacy, research issues and library resources and services
  • Contributes to the development of policies and guidelines relevant to the reference and instructional services and the maintenance of the reference collections

Qualifications:

  • PhD in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence or closely related area.
  • Teaching experience at undergraduate and/or graduate levels, preferably at a US or UK higher education institution.

  • Eligibility for Ministry of Education registration number.

Main responsibilities:
